Buckeye Loyalty Rewards Program terms
These terms govern the Buckeye Loyalty Rewards Program (the “Program”) offered by Buckeye Complete Auto Care (“Buckeye,” “we,” or “us”). By enrolling or using a Program benefit, a member accepts these terms and the posted privacy notice.
1. Enrollment and account eligibility
- Membership is free and is available to eligible Buckeye customers who verify an email address associated with their Buckeye service record.
- Enrollment is not complete until the customer uses Buckeye’s private verification link and accepts the current terms.
- A membership is personal, has no cash value, and may not be sold, assigned, or transferred except when Buckeye corrects or merges duplicate customer records.
- Rewards begin only after verified enrollment. Spending before enrollment never creates retroactive reward dollars.
2. Company-wide membership
One membership and one balance apply at both Buckeye locations: Columbus, 3701 Karl Rd, Columbus, OH 43224, and Westerville, 5571 Westerville Rd, Westerville, OH 43081. Verified duplicate customer records may be linked after review so a customer does not lose membership continuity when using either location.
3. Reward levels
A member’s level is based on eligible posted spending across both locations during the rolling prior 24 months. The current levels are:
- Bronze: $0 through $1,999.99 in qualifying rolling 24-month spending; earns 1% on eligible future subtotal spend.
- Silver: $2,000 through $4,999.99 in qualifying rolling 24-month spending; earns 2% on eligible future subtotal spend.
- Gold: $5,000 or more in qualifying rolling 24-month spending; earns 3% on eligible future subtotal spend.
Historical spending determines level only and does not create rewards. Buckeye may prospectively change level names, qualification thresholds, or future earning rates by publishing updated terms. A later change does not reprice a reward ledger entry already earned.
4. Earning reward dollars
- Rewards are calculated after an eligible repair order is posted and paid or otherwise accepted by Buckeye.
- The earning basis is the eligible pre-tax repair-order subtotal after discounts, including net eligible fees. Taxes are excluded.
- Refunds, credits, reopened repair orders, deleted work, chargebacks, data corrections, or other changes may create an adjustment to the reward ledger.
- Rewards do not accrue on the portion of a purchase paid with rewards, gift certificates, or other excluded promotional value.
- Warranty work, insurance payments, fleet or commercial terms, internal work, wholesale transactions, sublet charges, tires, batteries, taxes, government charges, or other categories may be excluded when stated at purchase or in an applicable offer.
5. Using reward dollars
- A reward earned on a repair order cannot be used on that same repair order. It first becomes available for a later visit.
- Rewards may be used only for eligible Buckeye service and have no cash value. No cash, check, or credit-card refund is issued for unused rewards.
- Available rewards cannot reduce an invoice below zero and may be limited by an offer, repair category, or applicable law.
- Buckeye may require identity or account verification before redemption.
6. Member service benefits
Oil-change member price
The oil-change member price is not yet published. A displayed value of zero, blank, or “coming soon” does not mean a free service and is not an offer. No oil-change benefit applies until Buckeye publishes a specific eligible service and price.
Brake-service benefit
An enrolled member may receive $25 off per axle on qualifying brake service performed by Buckeye, with a maximum brake discount of $50 per repair order. “Serviced axle” means an axle on which Buckeye completes the qualifying brake work shown on that repair order. The offer has no cash value, does not apply to prior purchases, and cannot be combined with another discount unless Buckeye expressly allows it.
Previously declined service benefit
An enrolled member may receive 12% off labor for the exact qualifying service previously declined at Buckeye and completed on a later visit within 90 days of the recorded decline. The maximum discount is $150 per repair order. The discount applies to eligible labor only; it does not apply to parts, taxes, fees, diagnostics, inspections, warranty work, tires, batteries, sublet work, prior purchases, or unrelated service. The earlier declined item must be identifiable in Buckeye’s service record.
7. Offers and stacking
Unless an offer explicitly says otherwise, Program service benefits, coupons, negotiated pricing, fleet pricing, insurance pricing, warranty adjustments, and other discounts cannot be combined. When more than one offer could apply, Buckeye may apply the single eligible offer that provides the greatest customer benefit. Rewards are earned on the actual eligible net subtotal after any allowed discount.
8. Availability and corrections
Services remain subject to scheduling, technician capacity, parts availability, vehicle condition, inspection, and normal shop approval. Buckeye may correct clerical, identity, system, pricing, ledger, or repair-order errors and may suspend activity reasonably believed to involve misuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, or unauthorized access.
9. Program changes or termination
Buckeye may modify or end the Program, benefits, rates, thresholds, expiration policy, or eligibility rules prospectively by publishing updated terms and an effective date, subject to applicable law. If the Program ends, Buckeye will publish any period allowed for using an available balance.
10. Support
Questions, account corrections, and accessibility requests may be sent to rewards@buckeyecompleteauto.com.
