Rewards privacy notice

The rewards portal uses your verified email to connect you to the Buckeye customer record associated with that exact email. It stores account verification, consent, sign-in sessions, and rewards ledger activity.

The portal does not expose internal repair notes, shop costs, gross profit, employee performance, audit findings, webhook payloads, or API credentials.

Secure links are single-use and stored only as cryptographic hashes. Contact rewards@buckeyecompleteauto.com for account help.
